Three 1 hour sessions via Zoom or in person including:
1) Intake meeting and review of goals for the sessions.
2) Introduction to Mindset Basics
3)Based on needs of client, topics may include: How to achieve short-term and long-term goals,Game day routines, Recognizing and adjusting self talk (positive vs negative)
Sessions can be over consecutive days or 1x per week for 3 weeks
