3 month package including 3 one hour Zoom or in person sessions

- Introduction of Mindset basics
- Based on needs of client, topics may include: How to achieve short and long term goals, game day routines, recognizing and adjusting self talk ( positive vs negative)
- Learning and implementing the BRAVR system
- Unlimited access to Janet via email and text
- Personalized visualization recording based on clients needs
Sessions can be over consecutive days or 1x per week/month
