Three 1 hour sessions via Zoom or in person including:
- Assessment of teams mental toughness via custom survey designed with Coaches input
- Review of survey and introduction to Mindset basics
- Based on survey topics may include: How to achieve short and long- term goals, game day routines, recognizing and adjusting self talk (positive vs negative)
Sessions can be over consecutive days or 1x per week for 3 weeks
