Four 1 hour sessions via Zoom or in person including:
- Intake meeting and review of goals for the sessions
- Introduction to Mindset basics
- Based on the needs of client, topics may include: How to achieve short-term and long-term goals, game day routines, recognizing and adjusting self talk (positive vs negative)
- Learning and implementing the BRAVR system
- unlimited access to Janet via email
Sessions can be over consecutive days or 1x per week for 4 weeks
