I have spent 36 years in the trenches building a legacy of excellence. My work is not based on a weekend workshop. It is built on decades of real-world wins and distilled wisdom. I help elite leaders like you turn underperforming teams into champions through straightforward strategy.

I believe that simplicity scales and complexity stagnates. My mission is to show you how to lead with unshakeable confidence.

I Didn't Create Victory Mindsets Because Everything Came Easy—I Created It Because I Needed It.

There was a time when my teams struggled to compete. We endured winless seasons, finished at the bottom of our conference, and often questioned how to turn things around. I had athletes who lacked confidence, commitment, and belief in themselves. As a naturally competitive coach, accepting “just doing our best” was never enough—I knew there had to be a better way.

So I started searching.

Over the years, I studied leadership, mindset, team culture, and athlete development, taking pieces from every experience and testing them with my own teams. I learned that talent alone doesn’t win championships. Culture does. Confidence does. The way athletes respond to adversity, support one another, and believe in themselves changes everything.

In 2016, with a roster of only 16 players, our team accomplished what many thought was impossible—we won our first State Championship. It wasn’t because we suddenly had the most talented athletes. It was because we had built a team that believed in each other, embraced challenges, and competed with confidence.

That success sparked a deeper mission.

In 2020, I earned my mindset coaching certification and launched Victory Mindsets with one purpose: to help other coaches build the kind of culture that transforms athletes from the inside out.

The journey didn’t stop there.
In 2021, our program faced another major challenge as we became a co-op with many inexperienced athletes learning to play together for the first time. Rather than lowering expectations, we leaned into the mindset principles that had already proven successful. Using what is now known as the BRAVR System, we developed confident leaders, resilient teammates, and athletes who believed they could achieve more than anyone expected.

The result? We transformed an inexperienced team into Conference Champions.

Today, I teach coaches the same practical strategies that helped change my program—not because they’re theoretical, but because they’ve been tested through adversity, refined through experience, and proven on the field.
