Janet Dickey is entering her 34th season as Head Coach of the Westbrook (CT) High School Field Hockey team. She will be inducted into the CTFHC Hall of Fame in September 2023.

While she still has a passion for coaching, she decided to pursue another career and became a Certified Mindset Coach. With this certification, she opened her own business-Victory Mindsets! She is excited for the potential to share mindset techniques and training with you and your team. These simple but efficient tools have helped Westbrook, one of the smallest teams in Connecticut, to be known as a perennial contender!
